In today’s power industry, a compact and highly efficient converter is the main component for server applications. The objective of this paper to propose totem-pole factor correction (PFC) with DC-link voltage control strategies data center Gallium Nitride High Electron Mobility Transistors (GaN HEMTs) are also used increase density conversion efficiency without reverse recovery loss.
